John Minchillo, b. 1985, discovered journalism through National Geographic magazines at the age of six and has left a stack of the golden borders everywhere he’s lived.
He holds BA’s in both English and Philosophy. After graduation, began a career as a print reporter for local newspapers in New York and soon after he photographed his first story and his life changed overnight.
When not photographing he can be found reading, writing, or enjoying good company. A good day incorporates all these things.
